Visa

Travelers must guarantee that they are informed about relevant visa requirement for arriving to Mongolia. You can obtain visas from the Mongolian embassy or consulate in your country by using our tour confirmation letter (the letter will be sent after your pre-payment is received).

If you come from where the Mongolian diplomatic missions or consulates are not designated, visa on-arrival (at the airport or railway station) shall be applied 14 days prior to foreign national entry to Mongolia. Booking steps

In order to confirm your booking, the following 5 steps should be taken:

  1. To read terms and policy before click “book now” button
  2. To fill booking form
  3. After we receive your booking form, we will respond you within 48 hours by email
  4. Pay your tour price within the next 4 days after you receive our responding email
  5. After receiving the payment, we will send you confirmation email, and detailed itineraries to your email

Payment method

If you book the tour 2 months before your expected tour date, you will transfer 30% of total tour price for confirming your tour before your arrival. After you arrive to Mongolia, you will pay the rest of 50 percent by cash to our tour guide on your arrival day.

If you book the tour within 60 days before your expected tour date, full payment is required at time of booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, international money transfer services and VISA and Mastercard

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel the trip after the booking has been confirmed, you must do so in contacting us by email and must follow the charges below:

  • Cancellation prior to 60 days or more earlier: $100 administration charge.
  • Cancellation within 30 to 59 days before the tour starts: 20% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation within 15-29 days before travel: 30% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation within 14 days or less before departure (or no show): 50% of the tour cost

Tour changes

After booking has been confirmed if you wish to make some changes, which include change the date, add extra service (changing hotel in UB, and staying in single ger in countryside), you need to contact us by email, and we will inform you the extra price by email. However, please keep in mind that all changes are not guaranteed and your extra services are might not be able to apply due to the high touristic season. Therefore, please tell your wishes earlier, at least 45 days before the starting date of your tour.

If you would like to make change on your tour date within 14 days prior to your confirmed tour, please keep in mind that you will be charged by additional 10% of the total tour price.

Insurance

Your safety is the most important priority alongside with your tour enjoyment. Especially when you traveling abroad, we believe that complex travel insurance is essential. Tourists’ responsibilities

  • Make your confirmation payment on time for securing your booking.
  • Join the tour on time
  • Taking care of your own belongings: please always check your passport, wallet and other valuable items during the tour.
  • Respecting your tour guide and driver, and discuss them if you have any special request: They always try their best to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
  • If you have any special requests such as, physical endurance, food allergy, and other preferences, please let us know by mentioning them on your booking form or by email earlier as possible.
  • Your improper and disrespectful actions might cause you being asked to leave the tour without any refund.
  • If you become ill during the tour, all hospital expenses, doctors’ fees, and repatriation costs are your responsibility and we shall not be liable for any refund of the tour costs. Therefore, we advise you to arrange your own travel insurance with reliable insurer for securing personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of baggage and other expenses
  • Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed

Agency’s responsibilities

  • Start your tour on expected date by following your booked itinerary
  • Give you services as included in price

However, we are not responsible for any pickpockets, natural disasters, cancellations or delays of airlines and train companies, as well as your failing to join the tour at that time.

Complaints

If you have any complaints during the tour, please first tell that to the tour guide, he/she attempts to help you to solve the problem as early as possible. However, if you think it is necessary, you can send email or call to our phone numbers. We will try our best to fix the problem, however, we cannot refund any kind of fee for the inconvenience.
